Shipping & Returns
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for suppositories once they have left our facilities. Should you need additional support, please contact us at support@shopdrnick.com.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so by contacting us at support@shopdrnick.com within 8 hours of placing your order. If you cancel with us before it is processed through our fulfillment center, we will refund all associated charges to your original form of payment minus an $8.00 cancellation fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your statement. If the cancellation is received after shipment, there will be no refund of shipping or product charges.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at support@shopdrnick.com within 2 days if the item is defective or damaged. Customer must provide a description of the damage, including photos, in order for us to file a claim with the carrier service. Once a claim has been filed we can either refund or replace your order.
PRODUCT ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon delivery for accuracy and contact us at support@shopdrnick.com within 2 days if your order is received with any errors. If it’s determined that the error is our mistake, we can either refund the order or ship the correct product at no additional cost to the customer. If the fault lies with the customer, no refund will be issued.
INVALID ADDRESSES
We make every attempt to validate the customer’s address prior to shipping. However, if the customer provides an inaccurate address, we will issue a product refund minus applicable shipping and handling charges, if and when we receive the product back at our facility. If we do not receive the return of the product, no refund will be issued.
GOVERNMENTAL DELAY OR SEIZURE
We will not be liable or responsible should any orders be delayed or seized by any Governmental authority for any reason.
